After graduating from Monmouth University with a BSBA, concentration in Management and Marketing, Marisa entered the business world and operated several successful businesses before beginning to acquire her own commercial properties, including one she was a tenant in.
She has since acquired several others including a Restaurant and Interior Design Firm. She wears many hats, acting as tenant, landlord, operator, developer etc. Marisa boasts broad commercial experience including land use, zoning and planning, lease preparation and negotiation, environmental clean-ups, building and total remodels, fire and flood remediation and design. Marisa has focused on exceptional customer service skills the last 25 years, as is evidenced by her remarkable turn -around of several struggling businesses. Forever striving, Marisa decided to apply her unique skill set to the commercial real estate market.
